RETURNS

We hope you love your Bluebird Skiwear, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Clothing must be unworn, undamaged, and free from dirt or marks.

How to Return Your Order:

  1. Notify Us: Please send an email to info@bluebirdski.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. While you have a further 14 days to send the item back after notification, informing us early helps us process your return efficiently.
  2. Package Your Items: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ideally in their original packaging. Please ensure the item is protected during transit.
  3. Return Shipping Cost: The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, such as Royal Mail, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. 

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.   
  • Please note that the original standard delivery charge of £4.99 (if applicable) will be refunded for cancelled orders where the entire order is returned within the 14-day cooling-off period. However, any express delivery charges (£7.99) will not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to reduce the amount of money refunded if the value of the goods has been reduced by your handling of them (e.g., if the item shows signs of wear or damage).

Faulty Items:

  • If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us immediately at info@bluebirdski.co.uk with details and photographs of the fault.
  • You have a legal right to a full refund if an item is faulty within 30 days of receipt.
  • For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return postage. We will provide instructions on how to return the faulty item.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Consumer Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For any questions regarding delivery or returns, please contact our customer service team at info@bluebirdski.co.uk.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
